CINDY ROSARIO-FETTERMAN | OWNER/DESIGNER

A native of Camden, New Jersey, Cindy Rosario-Fetterman is the Owner and Designer of FDG Interiors (Fetterman Design Group)–an interior designer in Collingswood, NJ. Cindy graduated from Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design in December 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts in Interior Design.

Cindy began her career in the medical field in 2001 as one of the youngest Registered Nurses in the Cooper Hospital healthcare system. For almost two decades, she focused on ensuring that patients received direct and proper care and ensured that their individual needs were met. She worked alongside medical health care professionals to provide patients with the best and most advanced medical treatment.

While working in the medical field, Cindy was sought out by family and friends to decorate their homes. This is when Cindy found her second passion as an Interior Designer. In 2018 she entered the Interior Design Institute. She developed her skillset and fell even more in love with designing spaces. Her attention to detail and her keen eye for design came second nature to Cindy. In 2019 she entered the Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design, and in 2021 she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Cindy has worked in the residential and commercial design industry since 2017, starting as a Kitchen Design Consultant. She honed her skill and talent into creating, remodeling, and updating kitchens for clients in this role. In the same year, Cindy founded one of the fastest-growing interior design businesses in the TriState area, FDG Interiors (Fetterman Design Group). She and her group have designed residential and commercial projects with a strong drive to create functional and visually appealing spaces.

Cindy is actively involved in several community institutions, including volunteering her time at Calvary Assembly of God and the Salvation Army Camden Thanksgiving Food Drive. Her humanitarian work is focused on helping children from third-world counties.

Elsie Concepcion

Our redesign projects have many moving parts. A piece that helps us meet our timelines and stay within our clients’ budget is the management of our administrative duties. Elsie has over 25 years of experience managing administrative operations in the medical field at a local University which included the overseeing of departmental finances, accounting as well as operations. Due to her quick thinking, drive and self taught knowledge of business operations, Elsie took a leap of faith in the restaurant business and successfully opened a hometown pizzeria. Although, this venture was short lived due to the pandemic, the opportunity provided an in-depth experience for learning and operating in a fast paced and challenging industry. Her work with us as our Administrative personnel awarded her the chance to branch off into the Clean Energy Solar Program and assist home owners with roof replacements, making their homes energy efficient, assisting in cutting utility cost and creating a healthier environment. Whether she is assisting in creating a peaceful and more functional space in your home or office, providing a comforting meal or helping homeowners reduce costs, she has been able to achieve a common goal…to help others live a healthier, less stressful and more rewarding life. Elsie credits her accomplishments to the two most important people in her life…her daughter Bianca (Loren Beauty Lounge and Loren Lashes) and son Adrian (SolRac), both who are young entrepreneurs.

Nohely Baez

What makes a house a home is as simple as the smallest detail. Nohely Baez is our artistic creator who gives us the finishing touch we so desire in completing a project. Eight years ago Nohely was blessed with the opportunity to become a full time mom. Her day-to-day consisted of managing a household of five as well as being an active member of her church alongside her husband. One would think her hands were full, but she was ready to extend her reach in a way that would allow her to express her creativity and make a living doing so. As Nohely’s business expanded, It caught the attention of her dear friend, Cindy, and began helping her create personalized household items to add those finishing touches FDG Interior clients needed to create a space that reflected their family. Nohely’s attention to detail and ability to create tranquil spaces adds to the transformation we look to achieve. Known as “The Maker” in her family due to her ability to make anything happen, she can confidently create and bring our client’s vision to life.
